Fair-use note: the assistant runs on a shared AI service with a daily usage limit, which suits small businesses with up to a few dozen chats a day. If the limit is reached, it switches to a simpler mode that still answers hours, location, prices and contact details and still collects leads. Expecting heavy traffic? Email us first.

What happens after I get in touch?
We confirm what you need, send a Ziina payment link, then collect your business details (or draft them from your website). You get a preview link to test before it goes live.
How long does setup take?
Usually 2–4 business days after we receive your information.
Is it AI? Can it make mistakes?
Yes, it uses an AI language model restricted to your facts. Like any AI it can occasionally phrase things imperfectly, so we test it before launch. It doesn't give medical, legal or financial advice, and it never makes bookings itself. It passes requests to you.
Which languages does it support?
It replies in the visitor's language. Quality is best in widely used languages such as English, Arabic, Spanish, French, German and Portuguese.
Where are leads stored?
Leads are stored securely for 180 days and shown on a private page that only you have the link to.
Do you offer refunds?
If we can't get the assistant working on your website, you get a full refund.
